Hello, friend! I'm so glad you're here. I'm Ashlie, and I am here to save the day....for your perimenopause problems that is. I underwent extensive hormonal health issues after having my second daughter, and wished so desperately that I would've had an advocate and someone to help me navigate both the medical and the emotional sides of this journey.

That's what I aim to do for you. Be your advocate as it relates to your health and wellness and feeling great in your body through natural lifestyle changes that are sustainable and easy to implement.

I am married and have two beautiful daughters that keep me on my toes. I reside in the Phoenix area but was born and raised in the coastal town of Oceanside, California. I am forever a beach girl and ocean lover. I married a small town Nebraska boy...we met playing college basketball and volleyball.

I obtained my Bachelors degree in kinesiology and then my masters in nutrition and health promotion. I then continued my studies and went through 2 different coaching courses (Mayo Clinic and ACSM), becoming a certified nutrition coach.

I'm a certified fitness coach and have been teaching fitness for 11 years.

This past year, I obtained my certification as a menopause specialist.

I was also a chef for 2 years, so my knowledge and expertise in meal prep and planning is a huge asset in this space and advantage for all my clients, as I provide recipes tailored to their nutrition goals and personal palates.
