Perhaps you feel like what was working well for your body is no longer working. Maybe you're feeling new symptoms, a change in your menstrual cycle, or several unpleasant symptoms appear, like brain fog, unexplained fatigue, night sweats, hot flashes, skin changes, new food intolerances, vertigo, etc. Many symptoms of perimenopause and menopause can be alleviated through slight changes in diet, exercises and daily habits. For example, if you're experiencing more heartburn in the evening, we can make slight alterations to eating and timing of meals and hydration to naturally alleviate this unwanted symptom. Or perhaps we alter some of the ingredients you use to cook to make it less acidic or more gut-friendly.

When we meet, either in person or virtually, we will follow a template of what your food goals are. No, I am not here to be the health nut unless that is what aligns with your goals. I am here to listen to what you are hoping for and ways we can make that happen, so that you can thrive and feel empowered to make your own delicious menu plans and meals and/or how to get the most out of my food delivery service. The great thing is that it's flexible and not fixed.
